Paying your bill

You can pay your bill online using your MyChart account. Log in or learn how to Sign up for MyChart. If you do not have a MyChart account, you can still pay online without an account using the guest pay option.

Call the MultiCare billing department toll free at 800-919-1936Monday – Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm to pay your bill, set up a payment plan, or for help with billing questions.

Financial assistance
Please note that all billing is handled through MultiCare. If you are in need of financial assistance, you can apply online or call 1-833-936-0515 for more information about available options.


Verify coverage
Before your scheduled appointment, please contact your insurance company and verify that our providers are listed as participating providers with them.

Understand your benefits
Take the time to understand your benefit package, including coverage for preventive care and ancillary services, requirements for prior authorization, copayments and deductibles.

Bring cards/coupons
Please bring your insurance cards/coupons with you to the appointment. At check-in, our staff will ask for your card so that we can verify the accuracy of our records.

Bring the newest cards
Your health insurance company could issue a new insurance card every year. If you receive a new card in the mail, please let our staff know so we can update our records. While your card might look identical to the previous card, there could be changes to the information on the back that we need for billing accurately. Some insurance plans re-issue a new group number or identification number, or they could make changes to your co-pays and deductibles annually, so it is important for you always to carry your newly issued card with you to each visit.
