Please include your preferred dates/times for an appointment. Once the appointment is scheduled, you will receive a notification in MyChart.
Our providers are accepting new patients. You can learn more about our providers by viewing their profiles or by calling us. Our schedulers can tell you more about our providers and assist you in scheduling your appointment.
Our schedulers will help get your child in as soon as needed for every visit. At certain times of the year, our appointment schedules are busier than normal. If there are no appointments available when your child needs to be seen, our schedulers will work with your provider to get an appointment for you as soon as possible.
We make every attempt to schedule your child with their primary care provider at every visit. However, our providers’ schedules will vary from day to day. At times your child might need to be seen by another provider. When this occurs, your child’s primary care provider will be informed of the visit.
We have partnered with SkedgeAlert, a mobile-based appointment app that lets appointments find you based on your availability. SkedgeAlert enables you to connect with your providers, get appointment notifications, and schedule appointments – all from the convenience of one app. We are currently piloting this app for appointments with Dr. Larson and Dr. Jacobs. Canceling or Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at 253-383-5777 so that we can release your appointment for someone else.
